Data we process

Ogapy processes identification data of residents, owners, staff and visitors, together with unit data and the movements recorded in the building.

Data is used to run building administration: service charges, access control, amenity bookings and communication with residents.

Each building's managing agent is the controller of its residents' data. Ogapy acts as processor.

Records are kept for the duration of the relationship with the managing agent and for any period required by applicable law.

Anyone may request access, correction or deletion of their data by writing to hola@ogapy.com.
