A building is not run from a spreadsheet. People move in and out, leases change, and debt stays attached to the unit rather than to whoever lived there last year. Ogapy organises the building around the unit, the one thing that never moves.

Enter the month's costs, split them by share and issue statements in guaraníes. Balances follow the unit, not the person.

Party room, grill and gym with usage rules, capacity and time slots. Each booking is recorded against the unit that made it.

The doorman logs arrivals, departures, parcels and vehicles from a phone. Owners follow their unit's activity without calling anyone.

This is not a translated system. The product decisions come from running a building in Asunción.

Foreign residents
A tower in Asunción holds Paraguayan, Brazilian, Argentine and European households. Ogapy runs in four languages: Spanish, Portuguese, English and German.
Nationality and preferred language are separate fields. A German resident with Paraguayan residency reads announcements in German while still being registered as a local resident. Each person picks a language and the whole system follows: statements, notices and bookings.
